Igor Novakovic  was born on July 10 1970 in Nis, where he finished his elementary and high school. He graduated at Electronic Engineering Faculty, University of Nis. Currently he works as a professor of High school of business in Blace and is also engaged at the Faculty of Management in Novi Sad. He is also working as an assistant of the Curriculum manager.

He has been trained abroad in scientific and professional education fields and he is an author of many professional papers in international and domestic journals and scientific work collections. He worked in the economy for seven years and he speaks fluently English language.
