QUALITY POLICY

 

Palilula Municipality, City of Nis, meets all the requirements of the Quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. Quality management system is an integral part of business policy and all the activities of its establishment, maintenance and continuous improvement are in line with relevant legislation. We manage with business processes using open and honest knowledge of our employees, and the methods and quality tools in order to meet the needs of our organization and our services customers. We strive to achieve complete customer satisfaction.

Management promotes and encourages all the employees and suppliers to take active participation in the activities in improving the process. We are implementing continuing education and training to improve competence and awareness of quality importance. Top management establishes the quality policy and quality objectives and continuous reviews aiming to ensure that customer requirements are fully understood and met. Employees get familiar with the quality policy in order to understand it and contribute towards our goal - complete customers satisfaction. Employees are devoted to achieving the quality objectives that lead to continuous improvement and achieving excellence.

Quality policy is visually seen at the entrances and crucial places in our organization.

The Policy is given/provided also through media and to all interested parties.
